Shipping, handling and insurance are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance of your choice (Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc). We recommend all returns be sent with a traceable tracking number. Global Gem TV will not be liable for merchandise until it has been received.
Contact our customer service department as at (415) 226-7990 for a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization Number. The RMA must be placed on the outside of the package & or included on the returned invoice.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as originally received—unworn, unaltered, and with original tags attaches accompanying the original invoice, packing, certificates and/or appraisals. Please be sure to handle with care. Refunds will not be honored if these conditions are not met.
ALTERED ITEM POLICY: Items needing to be altered, resized and/or customized in anyway ARE FINAL SALE.
AUCTION RETURN POLICY: ALL AUCTION items are final sale, there will be no refund given.
REFUSED ITEMS: If the merchandise you ordered was shipped to the address given at the time of the order, and the shipment is refused and/or delivery was attempted, and was not accepted at the time of delivery, regardless of any reason, Global Gem TV will not be held liable for the merchandise. You, the customer, will assume all liability for any shipment refused &or not accepted with an attempted delivery. The customer is liable, assuming all risks and responsible for the safe return of the merchandise to Global Gem TV. In the event We do not receive the refused item, the customer is liable for all costs. We reserve the right to charge 25% minimum restocking fee on all returned, refused and/or delivery attempted items, in addition to any additional costs incurred by the customer.
Refunds will be handled in a timely fashion. Please allow 10 business days for your reimbursement. Some returns may take longer due to the the inspection timeframe. Global Gem TV obtains the right to restrict purchasing privileges to individuals with high cancellation rates and/or those who abuse our policies.
